Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled

Estimated delivery timelines:
Inside major cities: 2–4 business days
Outside major cities / remote areas: 3–7 business days

We currently deliver within Nepal only
International shipping is not available at this time
💰 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout
Any Cash on Delivery (COD) service charges are non-refundable
